Roger Conde, Founder, has been providing financial services to clients since 1993. He specializes in understanding, analyzing and evaluating the needs and objectives of his clients. He takes advantage of state-of-the-art technology to create and implement a plan that suits each client individually, since not everyone fits the same mold.

A graduate of California State University at Northridge with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance, Roger has worked as an independent advisor since 1997. In 2005, he started Pacific Retirement Advisors and in 2008 his company became a Registered Investment Advisor in the state of California.

Roger is a native of Southern California, grew up in Glendale and since 1995 has lived in the Southbay. He lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife Stephanie and two boys, Jacob and Lucas. When he’s not chasing the boys around he likes to be on the beach, either playing volleyball or just relaxing.

Roger is licensed with the state and registered to offer securities through NPB Financial Group LLC. Roger’s securities licenses include 6, 7, 63, 65, and 24.
