Larry joined The LBL Group in 1993 and has specialized in providing creative alternatives to help people achieve financial success since 1987. Larry’s goal is to help his clients make educated decisions regarding the best possible utilization of their financial resources. Additionally, he has the ability to address the specific need of his clients through the use of a wide range of financial products and services.

Larry is involved in the design of both qualified and non-qualified compensation packages, with a focus on nonqualified executive benefits, including deferred compensation, split-dollar insurance, incentive bonus arrangements and business succession planning.

Larry also helps design and implement estate plans of all sizes and structures using Irrevocable Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Buy/Sell Agreements and other inter-generational transfer tools.

Larry is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He also is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

Larry is licensed with the state and registered to offer securities through NPB Financial Group LLC.
